Returns & Refunds policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via Trumannan@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return in your request.

  • Returns without an RA number may be refused.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defective or incorrect products.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not automatically offer exchanges. If you want a replacement product, please contact customer service after your return is approved.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise instructed by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
