1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us via Trumannan@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return in your request.
Returns without an RA number may be refused.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defective or incorrect products.
4. Exchanges
We do not automatically offer exchanges. If you want a replacement product, please contact customer service after your return is approved.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately.
We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
6. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise instructed by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
